Appearance: Karuzou stands at average height for his age. His crimson hair is very messy and falls over his headband at some places. This is because he is always very busy with training and studying and pays almost no attention to his appearance, thus he never combs it. Most people would describe his hair as a “Birds nest”. Over his plain white shirt, he wears a black vest made from hardened leather with black shoulderpads, black pants, black shoes and black gloves. His all black-clothing together with his messy hair have earned him the nickname “Crow”.

Personality: When he was younger, Karuzou used to be a friendly, talkative boy who was very ambitious about becoming a ninja. When talking about becoming a shinobi, he would often become so enthusiastic that his surroundings would get worried that he might faint if he wouldn’t stop talking and breathe soon.
Ever since the death of his father, however, Karuzou became much more distant. Although he isn’t unfriendly, he’s just a lot more quiet and spends a lot of time in thought. His determination to become a shinobi has become stronger and more serious, and he often spends a lot of time training and studying. He sometimes goes into deep thought in the middle of a conversation, which would strike some as rude. But it isn’t, he just has a lot of food for thought.
To close friends however, a part of his old, happy go-lucky personality sometimes emerges.

Overal fighting style: Karuzou is a puppet user, and is able to control his puppet, Scarecrow, with a lot of skill for his age. He uses his puppet for long range attacks, and uses his wind nature for jutsu or in combination with his short sword to defeat opponents who manage to get past his puppet. He can use his short blade surprisingly well considering puppet users are usually long range.
In combat, Karuzou usually uses his puppet to kill the enemy from long range. If that doesn’t work, he will deliberately make a “mistake” letting the enemy past the puppets defences, only to greet them with a wind jutsu or kenjutsu attacks. Most people believe puppet users exclusively fight at long range, thus giving Karuzou a slight edge.

Karuzou's puppet, Scarecrow, is basicly a puppet version of himself, aside from a straw hat. The puppet has the following features: It has a small cannon inside its mouth that can fire senbon at a very fast pace, and can also be used for Karuzou's Chakra Cannon Blast. It has 5 holes in its chest that contain 5 expandable, thin spikes covered in poison. In its right hand it has a short sword much like Karuzou's, in the other hand it has a simple but surprisingly sturdy metal shield. It can launch its nails as projectiles.

Remember that D ranked wind jutsu give out only little damage compared to A or B ones.

Okay I read that one B-rank jutsu will equal 3 C-rank jutsu so I thought it would lower the total of jutsu you could have. But if I can add 2 more: (1 is cannon jutsu used by Zaku)

Description: After Scarecrow blocks an attack with its shield, a plate of metal in the middle of the shield will slide open, revealing a small cannon that can fire poisoned senbon at the enemy while it is still close.

These blasts are powerful enough to destroy stone.
