Appearance: Jake had short spiky orange hair and the rinnegan eyes, He wears a white shirt that has three eyes on it's back, each of them in position similar to the sharingan there is the sharingan on the left, byakugan on the right and the rinnegan on top. He wears black pants that has his weapon pouch on his right leg, he wears black shoes and can been seen with his head band on during missions and around his neck while relaxing. He stands at 5'7 and weighs around 130 pounds, he has fair complexion and his skin is lightly tanned. When on a mission he takes on a new attire to match the battle situation, he wears blue pants, he wears a black shirt, and wears a white jacket that is baggy on him. The jacket stops around his upper thighs and the sleeves continue past his hands keeping them hidden, he generally leaves the jacket closed though will open it if he is getting serious. He still wears his shoes and weapon pouch in the same place but carries a ninjo with him that is longer than his forearm but shorter than his arm. The hilt of if it is black and so is the sheath, it has no guard making it seem like a normal case that holds no weapons. He carries it on his right hip and keeps it at his home in a secret spot, beneath the floor boards under his bed.

Personality: Jake is a calm person generally, he is often the peace maker and will always try to find a solution to almost any problem, though he has a different personality to where if people don't stop something that is starting the fight, he himself will get angry and will end up joining the fight. He hates it when seeing someone treat their fellow ally like trash and it angers him to a great extent, enough to try and finish the person off before they can react. He has his own principle of fighting and will not kill an opponent who was wounded from a different battle, he will also try to defend the enemy if they are incapacitated and their ally tries to harm them in anyway. Jake is normally a protector not really wanting to enter a fight on the offensive side but when knowing he has no choice or the person has angered him enough to provoke him. When fighting though Jake tends to try to stay calm which is almost impossible if he is provoked into the fight but is always trying to understand his surroundings so he can understand what he can use to his advantage. When over whelmed by an opponent he doesn't stop fighting even when his body is broken causing him more damage than he needed to have. Jake rarely lets any sadness seep into his voice or actions since he was taught showing your weakness is how people get killed, so he always tries to keep most of his emotions under control. Jake often has a feel of loneliness in his gut since no one in his village or anywhere else as far as he knows is like him, he feels all alone in this world often hoping he could see someone like him one day.

History: Jake was born in Tetsu on September twelfth and was the most popular child in all of the land due to his eyes, many came to simply see them and others came because of the legend of the sage of the six paths. Jake had always been trained from a young age like all fellow samurai though he was a special case, behind closed doors Jake was taught mainly ninjutsu since his parents had height hopes for him. All of the samurai here would have been defeated easily if a strong enough Shinobi with ninjutsu stormed the land and attacked, they had accepted this fact that samurai weren't as useful in warfare compared to other ninjas. Though when samurai were in a group they could easily defeat anything that came at them, but his parents wanted him to be both a ninja and a samurai allowing him both of the advantages. He had often been confused about how people treated him different from outside his home and how he was treated inside of it, though he knew only the basics of kenjutsu people still had a small amount of fear residing in them simply from his eyes being the same as the sage of the six paths. He was tested by his parents for what jutsu he could use and they weren't surprise to found out he was able to use two of them. He had been taught as much ninjutsu as they could to make up for his lack of kenjutsu so that people wouldn't think of him as completely useless, he had learned two moves that his parents were quite proud of for someone like him to make even though he couldn't do much with his sword. He had been trained well enough to be considered a Genin at age ten, he was proud to have that title and had told his parents when he was told the news. His parents had been delighted and had shown him something more interesting, they had found a scroll that was a summon contract used by one of his ancestors. They told him to sign his name in blood over the seal so he could use the snakes, Jake was hesitant at first but then signed it seeing how it would benefit him in the future to be able to summon snakes. Though he wasn't able to summon them too well he had learned a few ways to summon them and made them into jutsu, after that was done it became so much simpler for him. He is often using most of his free time to live life like a normal child though when training he tries to always improve his kenjutsu knowing that is one of his weak spots. Jake still lives with his parents and tries to always improve himself in every way he possibly can with his Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, he often has his mother telling him he will grow up to be like the sage of the six paths a a joke regarding his eyes. Jake will laugh at this joke even though it is stupid he likes it since it is something his mother would say, though he rarely sees them often since he sneaks in the dead of night after training a long day.

RP Sample: Jake clenched his fist as the screaming didn't stop, everyone couldn't stop screaming long enough for anyone to get a word in edge wise, He kept everyone at arm's length so they wouldn't hurt each other but they kept pushing against him. "Stop it! Can't you idiots realize how pointless it is to fight over trivial things?! For gods sake we are in the freezing listening to both of you fight over what?! Something as trivial as taking a sip of someone's water?!" Jake yelled as they stopped yelling slowly and looked at him, "You have no say in this! Your just a freak with those eyes of yours!" The one on the right yelled as Jake winced slightly at his comment but didn't faultier at keeping them apart. The one on the left yelled at the other for his comment, "Don't speak to him like that! He didn't do anything to you all he is trying to do is reason with you! Your lucky he is holding us apart or else i would kill you for saying such a thing to him." Jake felt them push harder on his arms as he wasn't going to hold them apart much longer, "You want to go?! Well bring it i'll destroy you before you even get the chance to react!" He said as he punched Jake in the jaw, dropping to the floor he grabbed his jaw and rubbed it feeling the bruise that was left. He looked up and saw them both fighting, the one on top was the one that hit him, Kiseki was his name, he usually wasn't like this. The one on the bottom was Yahiko, he was really nice to Jake often being the one to defend him when he was insulted. Kiseki was thrown off of Yahiko and Jake quickly slammed him to the ground, he pulled out a kunai and put it to his throat. Yahiko stood behind Jake and took a step back realizing what the situation was turning into. Kiseki's eyes widened as he started to stutter, "J-J-Jak-Jake calm down i didn't mean what i said it was a heat of the moment thing. Just put the kunai away and we can walk away like nothing happened okay? You were right it was trivial of us to fight over him getting a sip of my water." Kiseki stared into Jake's eyes as he felt like he was going to get his throat slit right then and there. Jake stood up and put the kunai up and offered a hand to Kiseki, he smiled weakly and took Jake's hand. Yahiko sighed and put a hand on Jake's shoulder and on Kiseki's as he smiled an spoke,"Well now that is settled you guys wanna go play a game? We could play kick ball or hide n' seek." Kiseki laughed and Jake snickered to himself at the game suggestions, Yahiko turned red and hit them both on their shoulder. Jake pulled away pointed at the tree in the park, "Okay that tree is base we can play hide n' seek, go find some more people okay Yahiko? Me and Kiseki will go place sticks pointing the out of bounds area, ready Kiseki?" Yahiko nodded and ran off to get more people and Kiseki picked up a handful of sticks and nodded as well, Jake took some from him as they walked around placing the sticks making a giant square around the tree. He enjoyed this life greatly, people often had said things about him but always apologized later on and he was fine with that. He was just glad to have friends like the ones he had, Kiseki was often the one who got anger over the simplest things and Yahiko had always been there for him. They made a good trio since each one of them always kept things fresh despite how they had acted earlier it was good to know people didn't think of him as a freak.

DD thanks for your assistance, but Yumi is allowing the rinnegan holders to use the jutsu i believe.

DD is right.
Kyo i know as i was strongly opposing anyone under Jounin to to reanimate corpses.
He can use it Kyo, but only after he reaches Jounin level.

Aren't those for snake summoners only?

Well you shouldn't be able to control snakes unless you have a contract with them. In the manga/anime the only people who could control them were snake summoners.

I have it in my history he has a contract with them and i edited the crow clone yumi.
