Mitsukai Kuragari

She is about five foot five inches. She has extremely long black hair that seems to flow down to about her knees. She wears a tight black long sleeve shirt as well as black pants. She also wears black shinobi shoes. She has large black wings that have the wing span of about twenty-four feet that expand out of her back, that seem to be water repellent. She has deep blue eyes that seem to hypnotize people (not genjutsu, just hypnotizing).She has the tattoo of every hidden village symbol on her left arm. It is a special summoning explained below. It’s hidden under her sleeve. She has a necklace with the symbol for Amegakure on a round gold piece. She wears her Amegakure headband around her waist as well. She keeps her swords holstered to her sides and there is a strap around her to place her staff when she is using her swords.

She is benevolent to all within her reach and all who except her as an angel. Anyone who gets her incurs her wrath. She will smite down and demolish anyone who stands against her and her god. She is always trying to bring Amegakure to its full potential. She is kind and sweet to her people and to the ones who serve under her. She is intelligent and able to make plans on the fly. She acts as if she is ever knowing and all powerful and directly under god. She also acts as if she is the most beautiful being on the planet earth and that she has lived for centuries. She also acts as if she can seduce any man on the planet with a simple wag of her finger.

Basic Medical Ninjutsu

Name: Chakra Scalpel

Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.

Description: This jutsu uses a part of the patient's body as a medium to heal their wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal and a lot of time to complete. The medic-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes.

Description: White flames surround the entire area attacking the opponents like millions of bees stnging them over and over again. This technique lasts for about a minute (two posts) before subsiding.

Description: Kunai made of pure water surround the opponent in all directions except underneath the ground. The kunai converge on the opponent as soon as Mitsukai gives the word.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique is a giant, powerful dragon created out of water. It is first revealed in the series by Zabuza Momochi and copied at the same time by Kakashi Hatake (although it is possible that he already knew the jutsu). This jutsu needs 42 hand seals, the most amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique. However, Tobirama Senju was able to produce one far from water and with only one hand seal, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage.

Description: Water slowly surrounds the opponent. The water then forms a disguise around Jufi. Even if she is attacked the water stays in place. This is normally performed when the person is knocked out, asleep, or dead. It also allows the Chakra signature within the body to remain hidden (This jutsu is a step further than transformation as it allows them to stay transformed until she releases it, even if attacked.)

Description: By controlling the reflection of light from one's surroundings with chakra, one can make oneself invisible. This allows the user to sneak up on their enemy without being noticed. It is impossible for people with normal eyes to find out the user's location. Only those with special eyes like the Sharingan or Byakugan can see through this technique.

Name:Destruction's Shockwave

Description: Destruction’s main ability is that it sends off a shockwave whenever it hits metal. Mitsukai is used to this shockwave and uses her wings to stop her from going backwords. However to those not used to this, they can be sent back as much as 20 feet from the shockwave alone.

She was a brilliant young girl in the ninja academy, entering at the age of six. She was always getting A's and always doing well. She was always talking to people and making friends. She was one of the few people in her class to have no enemies. She didn't even have a rival. She graduated with high marks and a perfect score on the graduation exam. After finding out that she passed the graduation exam, she ran home to find her sister waiting for her. Her sister took out a staff and presented it to her sister as a graduation gift. Knowing that it wasn’t much, her sister, Hitomi, apologized over and over again. Mitsukai accepted it and loved it, always using it in her fighting style, not realizing it would become her vital tool as her shinobi path continued on.

As she became as genin, she was grouped with two guys who were always bickering about who was better. She tried her best, surpassing the both of them while they let themselves keep bickering over every little thing. Her jonin instructor was always smiling and bragging about her progress, always trying to get others to be jealous. The two guys kept training but never caught up to her, thanks to their bickering. However, it came to one mission, and everything changed. She had been captured by the enemy. The two guys kept bickering and didn’t notice the enemy sneaking up on them. The enemy proceeded to knock them out and kidnapped Mitsukai. As Mitsukai sat tied up, she overheard the enemy. The enemy had plans to use her and sell her, and even possibly rape her. As she listened on, she felt an odd sensation coming from her back. All of a sudden, a huge pain erupted from her back as she screamed out. As her captors ran to check on her, they noticed a glowing light coming from the area. When they found her, she had gigantic wings, capable of lifting her off the ground. Using the wings, she bested her captors and proceeded back to Amegakure. As she got to the gates, she found her team and quite a few ANBU preparing to search for her. She approached the gate to a cheer of celebration and disbelief that she had gigantic black wings like an eagles. As the leader and her jonin questioned her about the kidnapping, she explained everything, including the random growth of wings. After talking with her parents, they explained that it was an ancient and rare family trait that appeared itself in times of extreme need. Once they appeared, they stayed for the life of the person. Plus, after ages of adapting to amegakure's weather, they have become water proof.

As she progressed and learned to use her wings, the chunin exam approached. This is when the team’s true light was revealed. Mitsukai led her to the finals with ease. However once there, it was clear who the strongest link was. The two guys that had been her team for so long got eliminated quickly. Mitsukai made it to the finals before a true challenge had arrived. It was a hyuuga from the hidden leaf. The two of them sparred for hours with no end to the fight in sight. After hours, the two of them both collapsed from sheer exhaustion from the fight. The fight ended in a draw and allowed for both to be elevated to the rank of chunin. She met with her sister after the fight to tell her of the news. Her sister was so excited that she had run out and bought two swords for Mitsukai. Mitsukai proceeded to name these swords, Pain and Destruction. As a chunin, she lead a team of genin to many successes as well as successes in doing the missions alone. With luck, she was given the rank of jonin by the Amekage.

After becoming jonin, she was given the task of leading a strong unit of jonin on a mission. This mission was to chase down and kill the people who had kidnapped her before. The team got to where the enemy was hiding only to find that one of amegakure’s lead ANBU was partnered with them. The team ambushed the area, with Mitsukai attacking the ANBU member. The two clashed for what seemed like ages, however it was Mitsukai who proved victorius that day. Upon returning home, she was celebrated as a hero. Unfortunately, earlier that day the Amekage had died of a heart attack. Because of her popularity and skill, she was elevated to the rank of Amekage to replace the previous one. Since becoming Kage, she has grown into this somewhat sense that she is an angel and that she was sent by god to save this word. No one knows exactly what brought this on, only that it has changed her.
