Description: An A class Missing Nin from Kirigakure has been spotted in Tanzaku town. A Shinobi is needed to head out and eliminate this shinobi and to bring there head back to Konoha to be sent to Kirigakure. The Shinobi specialises in Water Based Jutsu and Kenjutsu.
