Description/Abilities: Namigan: Reveals which elemental affinity the target has simply by looking at them. Also allows the user to detects unique chakra signatures within materials, letting the wielder find specific minerals and elements within his sight. Using this, one can determine the exact composition of anything. How the eye changes to its more powerful form is dependent on the user. The first stage of the eye can usually be activated with no problem. To progress into the later stages, Its more common causes is either inducing stress or fear and letting the body respond to it, by activating the latter stages of the Namigan

Description: With his Doujutsu off his eyes appear normal blue, but with this activation everything changes. A light sheen of blue, almost hazy in nature and visible texture, cover the outside of his eyes. It is a notably gentle storm, without violence in it. Because it is only basic, only certain elements can be properly identified and brought together for Ninjutsu.

Ocean Storm: Second Stage Activation

Description: The previously gentle storm is no more, and a violent thunderstrom rages across his eyes. Trace flickers of his other affinities colors can been seen in his eyes, but the prominence of his Suiton affinity reigns supreme. Increased sensitivity to how Ninjutsu is structured allows for more accuracy with any technique.

Wave Sight: Third Stage Activation
Skill: Doujutsu
Rank: Jounin
Description: Burning lightning, azure blue and shifting blue make up the covering on this stage. No longer content with simple traces, all of his affinities are present as this stage activates. Almost all of the minerals and structural materials are able to be identified and located with this, divining the construction of a building taking mere moments. Jutsu are easy to get a read for and understand their construction, allowing him higher manipulation of their patterns into deadlier shapes.

Universal Wave: Final Stage Activation

Description: All of the user's true affinities are present and glowing on their eyes, a shifting mass of color twined with the others. There is no pattern to the shifting, and peaks of shining light pierce the more prominent three colors. Truthfully, there is no light being given off by his eyes, but the optical illusion is there all the same as the other colors bubble up to the surface unpredictably.

History:

If one were to go back into the past 25 years or so, they would learn of a clan that had, then, only recently made themselves known. That would be the Miyazaki clan. However, they were not known for ruthless battle prowess, or political power. They were known as nomads, that cared for the earth very deeply. Their treatment of the earth would be returned in kindness to select clan members. They enjoyed learning every little thing that life had created. This led to many in the clan having relations with people in each village. At the time, the previous head of the clan(Akira's father), saw no problem with it, encouraging the couples that formed to either stay in the particular village, or joined the clan as they continued moving around. In time, however, many people would leave the clan to stay in the village with their lover, and the clans nomadic people would decrease, to the point of roughly a dozen. Akira's father then made a decree that if any person had a relationship with someone of a village, they would have to stay with the nomadic clan, no matter what. If their respective significant other would not join, they would be forced to end the relationship.

And that worked, for a time. The nomadic clan grew in numbers for a few years, until 15 years ago, when Akira saw the woman who would one day be his wife. After being together for months, they decided to get married. Then came the ultimatum: Have Akira's wife join the clan in their nomadic ways, or part from Akira forever. She ended up joining, after many days of consideration.

After the marriage, Akira's father gave the position of clan leader to Akira, who in turn overrided the rule of clan members having to stay with the clan. He also ended up making the decision that the clan should stop being nomads and settle down in a village. Out of the villages, The Mist was chosen upon. Upon moving into the village, Akira immediately made an effort to become an ANBU member, as the idea of being one always excited him. Once accepted, he made himself known by becoming a general law enforcement ANBU member, hoping to have his clan welcomed by the village, and not be a burden.
