Eyes Of The Uchiha

It was time....time for Kojiro to show his worth. Fighting another Uchiha would be something else. In this fight, one of them would die. In his letter to Shizuna, Kojiro included in code, that he was going to surprise her with a gift. He had a scroll ready with enough seals to hold both the other Uchiha's eyes....Well that was if he won. If he lost well.....

He chose to fight in a different place than his usual. He knew it was an Uchiha who was going to die but the name was unknown to him. Arriving at the meeting place, Kojiro looked around, he should be here anytime now.

Leon strode to the appointed place where the fight was supposed to take place. There he found his opponent waiting. He had been searching for this particular individual for quite some time, it was time for him to pay for joining the loathsome group known as shinteki. Leon knew one of them wouldnt be leaving this place alive, it would be no small feat to overcome a fellow Uchiha, but he would find someway to overcome the obstacle which stood in front of him.

"At last we are face to face my cousin, I will be your executioner."

At that his hands were a blur as he readied his first attack. Clapping his hands together and placing his fingers just below his mouth, Leon exhaled a giant fireball which leached forward towards his opponent.

Kojiro watched as the Uchiha arrived. It was strange.....Kojiro knew he was supposed to feel some sort of remorse for his actions though....Kojiro did not. It was...exciting. Kojiro felt a shiver go up his spine as he heard Leon mention himself becoming Kojiro's executioner. Laughing, Kojiro touched the summoning seal on his wrist allowing his scythe to appear. Just in time to, for Leon had sent a giant fireball at him. Luckily Kojiro had his scythe.

Holding his scythe out in-front of him, Kojiro absorbed the fireball like it was nothing. Spinning it and switching direction of his blade, Kojiro said

"Nice try! Now you ready for this?"

Swinging his scythe a fireball morphed into a wave of fire and was sent at Leon. Smiling to catch his reaction, Kojiro activated his sharingan.

Leon's body stiffened and a frown appeared on his face as he saw his fire jutsu disappear into his cousins weapon. " I see, a weapon that can absorb fire chakra. This will make things more difficult." Preparing for the inevitable counter attack that would soon ensue, Leon activated his Sharingan just as a fireball was launched from the end of the other Uchiha's Scythe. The fire ball hit Leon square in the chest, knocking him off his feet and sending him falling to the ground engulfed in flames. He lay there burning for a few seconds be for there was a loud Pufff and a long lay burning in his place. Leon appeared to the far right from his previous position, raising his hands to his eye and closing them, he shouted Solar Flare as a blinding intense light was shot forth towards his opponent. The light lingered for a second or so after its activation allowing Leon to Charge forth at top speed towards his cousin attempting to ram him.

Kojiro with his Sharingan saw the replacement coming. Ignoring the burning "Leon" which turned into a log, Kojiro noticed Leon a bit to the right. He raised his hands, and Kojiro already knew what jutsu he was about to preform. Grabbing kunais with a tags attached to it from his pack, Kojiro threw them. A couple at the ground that would cause an explosion that would create smoke, blocking the light from reaching Kojiro's eyes. The other kunai went for Leon himself.

Readying himself into his fighting stance, Kojiro formed hand seals and placed one hand on the ground. Nothing yet, just waiting.

Kyo traveled to the village's outskirts because he received word of two Uchiha's fighting there. He figured it to most likely be his student Kojiro and Leon, another Uchiha they met not too long ago. Kyo decided he woudl go there and see how the fight was going, he wondered how Kojiro would deal with Leon. Kyo arrived and kept himself hidden in the tree's. He activated his sharingan and watched carefully. Maybe he would get to copy some interesting jutsu in this fight. He had his hopes that Kojiro would end up the victor of this fight, and from what it seems he was doing very well. He seems to have put Kyo's words from when they first met into account and hasn't used any of his jutsu, while Leon has used a total of three.

As Leon charged forward smoke erupted and he could see kunai coming his way through the smoke, reacting quickly through the use of his sharingan Leon leaped into the air while preforming hand signs. His lungs began to burn fire shot forth from his mouth aimed at the back of the smoke where he guessed the other uchiha was preparing his own attack. The fire struck the ground and shot outward covering a 10 meter radius.

Spoiler:

Kojiro saw his attack get deflected and noticed Leon jump into the air. Through the smoke Kojiro could see orange? red? oh flames...coming right at him. It was just like before..all Kojiro had to do was...

Taking a stance, Kojiro held his ground and using his scythe took in the fire that Leon spewed. Spinning it clockwise and walking forward, Kojiro stopped spinning it abruptly and swung upwards. A crescent of flame would be sent at the air borne Leon. It was his attack being sent right back at him just in a different way. Preforming hand seals, Kojiro was getting reading to attack again. When Leon landed, Kojiro would launch a fireball of his own.

"Katon: Endan."

The returned attack from Kojiro narrowly missed leon as he dropped to the ground preforming hand signs. another fire ball raced towards him as he landed, finishing his hand signs though he shushined behind Kojiro and endeavored to connect with several kicks to his back one high kick and several low kicks.

Kojiro watched as Leon skillfully dodged his moves. But it was over. Kojiro saw Leon doing a Shunshin and placed his hand on the ground again. As Leon appeared behind him, Kojiro's jutsu was already in affect. A swarm of explosive tags would come out of the ground and wrap themselves around Leon's legs before he could start his attack on Kojiro's blind side. Once wrapped, Kojiro would turn around and jump backwards while forming the seal for the tags to explode. Leon would lose both his legs in one move. Unless he was a crazy master in genjutsu, Kojiro figured this fight was over.

OOC there no way you can suck in my fire jutsu shoot it back and fire your own fire and return back to your position before the shushin happens, also dont forget about your smoke. which would make it hard for you to see my handsigns.

As Leon appeared behind his cousin, paper shot out of his hand which was upon the ground. the explosive tags wrapped around his legs. Looking back up he saw Kojiro flipping backwards over his shoulder before there was a loud explosion and his legs were blown apart. Leon groaned in pain as he lay on the ground.

Kojiro walked over to the now disabled Leon. A smirk crossed his mouth as he arrived at the body. Spinning his scythe, Kojiro placed it under Leon's neck and whispered

"We can't be damaging those eyes of yours now can we?"

Smiling still, Kojiro pulled his scythe upwards serving Leon's head from his shoulders. The blood squirted like a fountain from the body. Walking rather slowly towards the head, Kojiro pulled out a scroll from his everyday tool pack. Kojiro smiled at the thought of adding another Uchiha's eyes to his own.

Opening the scroll and placing the head on the seal, Kojiro watched as the head became sealed in the scroll. Picking up his cousin's sword, Kojiro returned to the village.
