Symbol: A mountain peak surrounded by a circle, around the circle’s peremiter the sentence “Strong like a Mountain” is written in kanji.



Description/Abilities: Most clan members, although skilled and powerful, do not have a kekke genkai, but a select few clan members throughout history have managed to learn and master the mysterious seals the founder of the clan created. The seals can absorb and destabilize chakra when coming into contact with it.They can also convert chakra into pure energy. These seals are unknown to most of the clan’s members.

Special Characteristics: The clan’s members are known to be honorable but arrogant. They have been well respected by the Earth Country since the country was founded, and most clan members are very proud of that. Most of the clan’s shinobi are very talented geniuses, and it is common to see a Noboyama among the ranks of the ANBU.

Name: Kami no Te Chakra Suikumo (Gods Hand Chakra Absorb)

Description: The user catches a chakra based jutsu with the palm of his hand. He will then absorb the jutsu, replenishing his own chakra. The creator,Noboyama Aruki, was able to use this ability without limit, but the very precise process of focusing chakra to your hand, then quickly withdrawing it as the foreign chakra enters your hand and the rest of your body is very straining on the hand. Because of this, anyone else using this will only be able to use it a couple of times. After that, the hand will start to hurt so much that the user will not be able to use the hand for a while.

Name: Seiriyoku Tobidougu (Energy Missle)

Description: The user creates a ball of chakra in his hand, much like the beginning of Rasengan (this is not a version of Rasengan) but he uses the seals on his palms to destabilize the chakra, turning it into a white ball. He then shoots the ball by making a push motion with his hands. The ball creates a small explosion an impact. A very straightforward attack, but it is fast and hard to dodge, and does quite a bit of damage when it hits.

Description: This Jutsu places a stationairy blue pulsing ball at the users location. This ball will attract the natural chakra in the environment( hence the Gravity part) and store it. When it is full, it will become unstable and explode. The reason why its rank varies is because the user can create bombs of different size. Theres bombs about the size of a tennisbal (D-rank) which take a few seconds to become unstable, but only create a small explosion of maybe a few metres. But there are also create A-ranked, Skippyball sized bombs which take an hour, but can whipe out a small village. The bombs can be disarmed by a chuunin or higher by channeling his chakra into the bomb, which will push the natural chakra out of the bomb.

Description: This attack starts off like Energy Missle, but a few seconds after the user shoots the ball, it expodes in a rain of tiny energy drops. The drops can burn right through skin and most armor.


Name: Seiriyoku no Dou (Body of Pure Energy)

Description: The clans most powerful jutsu. The user places one of his palms in the circle in the middle of his chest seal. This turns his body into pure energy. In this form he looks like a bright white humanoid figure. (a bit like Anti Spiral from Tengen Toppa Guren Lagann, but white)In this form the user recieves a speed and strenght boost(dependant on how skilled the user is). His jutsu get tuned up, and it provides him with some new energy-based attacks(again dependant on the users skill). This form also makes him immune to genjutsu, as those jutsu manipulate the chakra in your 5 sences, but there is no chakra to manipulate. He can turn back into normal anytime he likes, but it will happen automaticly after attacking to much. Most users could only reach between 5 and 10 attacks. Aruki, the founder and creater of the jutsu, is said to have been able to destroy an entire shinobi army with this jutsu before reaching his limit. This jutsu will exhaust the user, so its only for last resort. He can also rapidly go back into normal and hold the pure energy in front of him as a shield, which blocks any kind of attack. But because of the quick, forced cancelling of the jutsu, this will exhaust him even further, leaving him bedridden for a few days.


History: The original founder of the clan, Noboyama Aruki, was the son of Shigami, a cousin and a close friend to the Tsuchikage, who aided him in creating the Earth Country. Although the Tsuchikage, who was the strongest of the family, became ruler, Shigami’s relationship with his cousin remained close, and he aided the Tsuchikage in any way possible, be it in politics or in battle.
During a war with the wind country, while returning from a battlefield, Shigami came across a destroyed village near the southern border. The village was recently destroyed, and the corpses were still fresh. Upon investigating the village, Shigami found a survivor, a young, beautiful woman, in tears. When asking what happened, the angry woman replied that the village, at that point not a part of the Earth Country yet, was first attacked by the Earth Country’s enemy, the wind shinobi, because they thought they were part of the Earth. Although the village managed to fend off the attack, it was gravely weakened, and an easy target for a band of Earth shinobi, who had just survived an enormous battlefield and were in desperate need of food and water, and thus attacked the village and took all the supplies.
Shigami felt responsible for the village, since it had to pay the price of their war. Therefore he took the woman to the Stone Village and promised her to restore the clan. To this extend, the woman gave birth Shigami’s child. The child, a boy named Aruki, grew up to be a very skilled shinobi, and stunningly intelligent. He managed to create seals that can absorb chakra, destabilize it, or turn it into pure energy. He gained a lot of fame for this, and became a hero to the Earth and a nightmare to its enemies. He was said to be as powerful as the Tsuchikage, and to this day, none of the few select members that could also use the seals were as skilled with them as Aruki.
When Aruki reached adulthood, he got married. He then returned to the destroyed village where his mother came from, rebuilt the village, and founded the Noboyama clan. Shigami had fulfilled his promise.
Until the day of their destruction, the Noboyama clan remained one of the Earth Country’s most powerful clans, with plenty of their members becoming ANBU captains or political advisors to the Tsuchikage. The few clan members that showed no talent as shinobi, however, were treated like trash and usually led a rather unhappy life.
About 7 years ago, another Earth Country clan, also renowned for their power and political influence, hired a huge band of missing-nin to destroy the Noboyama clan out of jealousy. Only one boy, Noboyama Rainen, survived. A few years after the incident, the boy had gone rogue, and from that moment, the Noboyama clan became known for their sad fate, a victim of jealousy, and the boy a victim of the clans own arrogance…

question your chakra absorbing jutsu, by chakra based you mean jutsu that are pure chakra like rasengan, or element changed chakra as well like fireball jutsu?

It works when it comes into contact with chakra

Examples:
Rasengan
The Hyuuga Rotation jutsu
When touching something infused with chakra( for example a wave of gaara's sand, he would suck the chakra out of that wave(not all of gaara's sand, that would be OP)
Theoretically, the gentle fist would work to, but catching the finger with the palm of the hand is next to impossible given the speed of the attacks.

It just purely absorbs chakra.
