Neah has a kind and caring personality. He is also very generous. He also is some what private about his life. Though he tends to open up to people he trusts. He is also a determined type who will never back down. Neah is also a very compassionate person. Neah is kind and caring especially to children and the elderly. He is usually seen helping elderly people with there bags or helping maintain there gardens and lawns. Neah is private about himself because he doesn't want people to think that he is weird for being a ninja but also is a musician. His determination is apart of him its part of his nindo to never give up in training and in a fight. Neah tends to rush into a fight against an enemy if his temper is spiked.

History:Neah was born on the eve of the 30th of November. His mother was a female ninja of the Uzumaki clan of Kiri. Were as his father was a traveling musician through out the five great countries. Though his father had stopped traveling and decided to stay in the leaf village when he met Neah's mother. It was love at first sight for Neah's parents. From the moment they met and layed eyes on each other they were almost inseparable. Neah's mother was in labor for over 12 agonizing hours. sadly Neah's mother passed away but she got to name him before she passed away. Neah came out screaming like a banshee like every baby does when they're first born. His father was still in shock at the loss of his wife that he failed to notice the the new life before him. The nurses had finished cleaning up the new born baby Neah. The nurses handed the new born baby Neah to his father as they covered the body of Neah's mother up. After a while Neah's father finally noticed his new born son in his arms. Neah's father cried tears of both joy and sadness at the loss of his wife's love and the birth of his very first son.

Then something happened that would change the lives of neah his fathr and the villagers. That very same night the Hachibi appeared and began destroying the village. shinobi after shinobi fought against the great bijuu but all fell. then a plan was formulated they would seal the bijuu into a child. but no parents were willing so they took the new born bany neah and sealed the hachibi inside neah. Neah father took the baby back home and began raising him as if he were a normal baby. but the villagers that lost friends and family to the hachibi woould treat neah like a outcast.

Over the next few years Neah's father took care of him. Neah's father still deeply missed his wife but he still had his son so in a way he still had a part of her still. Even as a baby Neah would always crawl towards his fathers instruments. Neah's father would always crack a big grin at that and scoop up the infant Neah just before Neah touched any of his instruments, Neah's father would always say after he picked him up "your gonna make a fine musician someday son and a fine shinobi just like your mother."

When Neah turned 5 his father began training Neah on how to read music. Neah was a quick study while studying on learning to read music. His father started Neah off with the piano for his sons first instrument. Neah took to the piano like a duck to water his father said. When not teaching Neah about music his father would train his son in kenjutsu. Neah father would train Neah every chance he could because he himself was a swordsman and he wanted zanji to be able to be able to defend himself.


At the age of 8 Neah joined the ninja academy. Neah showed a aptitude for ninjutsu skills. Over the time at the academy he was mostly shunned by the other student because he looked different and acted different from everyone else. Neah mostly thought of muic when he should be paying attention to his his lessons. Then one day when Neah came home from school he found a tragic sight. He was 10 years old when he found his father on the floor of there home. His father was unconscious so Neah panicked and ran out of the house looking for aid. By the time he did his father was in worse condition. His father was transferred to the hospital the doctors couldn't do anything apparently Neah's father had a heart condition that he was battling with for many years.

Neah ran to his fathers room were his father was still barely alive. Neah cried tears as his father said "I'm sorry son looks like its my time I will be with your mother soon be a good boy for me i love you train hard my son...." With those parting words his father passed away. Neah took a year off the academy for grieving purposes. during that year he mostly trained himself with the sword and music. when he returned to the academy at the age of ten he studied hard but still couldnt shake off the grief entirely. So he failed one year of the academy but the next year he graduated. Neah at the age of twelve could had mastered the piano and the violin and the ocarina. After a while neah began training himself alone in secluded areas to try and control the hachibi. through many treis neah finally managed the ability to talk with the demon inside him. he would always stop by for a chat with the hachibi he felt like it was his duty because it was apart of him in someway.

RP Sample: Neah lay facing down in his bed his covers all crumpled together and wrapped around him. the alarm clock next to him was ringing loudly as he stirred from a deep sleep. Neah had been dreaming about his parents about what his life would be like if he had them still. He didn't want to wake up form the pleasanmt dream but he knew he had to. He slapped down on the alarm clock and shut it off as yawned and smacked his lips a few times. He crawled out of bed and shuffled his way to his bathroom and used the toilet and started cleaning himself up. 15 minutes later Neah emerged from his bathroom clean and semi awake as he crossed his bedroom towards his closet. he grabbed his normal attire and headed downstairs.

His normal attire consisted of a long red coat, brown gloves and white shirt with a black vest along with a black tie with black pants and black shoes. He walked down the stairs of his house and headed towards the kitchen. He opened the refirgerator and began debating on what he should eat today. Neah spotted 2 eggs in the fridge and smiled. "Looks like eggs today yum." neah grabbed a pan and turned on the stove and placed the ggs on the counter. e spotted a loaf of bread and placed two slices of bread into his toaster. Neah cracked the eggs over the pan and made two sunny side up eggs and placed the bread down into the toaster to cook. Neah almost forgot to grab the butter and quickly went back to the refrigerator and grabbed some. his toast popped up a few minutes latter as he placed the toast down on a plate he grabbed a spatula and placed each on on the toast.

After Neah ate his breakfast and cleaned up his dishes and made sure the sotve was off he walked towards the front door. a small burp escaped from him as he opened the door and walked outside. The sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky today. "Ahh what a beautiful morning. as Neah locked up his front door he saw a bird fly past him. Neah had a soft spot for animals. He began walking towards the main part of the village to do some shopping. After a 10 minute walk Neah entered the shopping district of town. kids were playing together and adults were out and about shopping. Neah reached a produce stand and bent down to grab a apple when suddenly something hard struck the back of his head. Neah clutched his head in pain and saw that on the floor was a rock. A group of kids began tossing rocks up in the air and catching them in a threatening way.

Description:ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke after he used his Sharingan to copy the movements of fellow Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Sasuke first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Sasuke will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, Sasuke will deftly rotate his body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

Little nit-pick here, You say Sasuke instead of your characters name....

In terms of your technique called raiton gian, i know of another technique just like it but at a lower rank. By using this technique instead of the one you have, you will have space for a different B rank jutsu...just a suggestion

To better manage the lightning the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control its duration and accuracy.
